When I saw this super adorable booklet of powdered blotting papers online, I just had to have them. I mean how many beauty products can say that they are "the original since 1903." I ordered them in "White" because I'm very fair. I was a little worried that the powder would seem too light, but it looks perfectly natural. These do a great job of absorbing oil and leave you looking nice and matte. You get 65 sheets in a booklet. I paid a few dollars for my booklet, but it sounds like the price varies a lot depending on where you order them from. Sadly, these aren't really sold in brick & mortar stores in the U.S.

These are my holy grail blotting papers. First of all, the packaging is adorable. Second of all, it does what it's supposed to do! This actually puts some powder on besides just lifting the oils, so it's nice for a touch up. The only con I can think of is that it might leave some powder traces so a mirror may be needed to brush those off.

This is my new HG blotting sheet. I bought mine from sasa.com for $.80 a booklet! So cheap for such a great product. It usually takes more than one sheet to get all the oil on my face, this one only takes one, with some room to spare. It leaves my face feeling fresh! Definitely buying again!

This is a HG item for my oily skin. The Body Shop no longer has these, but I think Caswell-Massey still carries them. I prefer blotting sheets like these with powder--they just do a better job of eliminating shine. I usually get the medium tinted ones in Rachel (since I'm not fair.) It can be hard to remove one at a time and figure out which side has powder, but that's my only criticism.

This is the only blotting paper I use. Firstly, its ridiculously cheap (around 3,50 Euros for a package of 65 sheets). Secondly, the sheets absorb oil very well, and the packaging is very convenient. Definitely recommended!
